Fitness kickboxing is a great way to stay in shape and have fun. There is no contact or sparring; it is strictly you against yourself. You will sweat, kick and punch yourself into great shape and you will also meet new people.
Our Fitness Kickboxing Classes are supervised by a female kickboxer who is also a personal trainer. Basic punching and kicking techniques will be shown and explained in order not to get injured during the workout. Our workouts are non contact sessions and are suitable for women and men of all ages and fitness levels.
